These Enforcement Rules enter into force upon promulgation.
Abstract

These Enforcement Rules have been put forward to implement the Wildlife Conservation Act (WCA) and are authorized by Article 56 of the WCA. The Enforcement Rules consist of 39 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions; Conservation of wildlife; Import and export of wildlife; Management of wildlife; Supplementary Provisions.
