These Regulations shall come into operation on the day of publication.

Abstract

These Regulations, also for the purpose of transposing Article 8(4), (5) and (6) of Directive 2012/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on Energy Efficiency, sets the related rules and topics, as regards the territory of Gibraltar.
