The present Law enters into force on 1 January 2011.
Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to tasks and activities incumbent upon the Canton in the field of energy policy. The text consists of 40 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Energy concepts (II); Measures taken by the Canton (III); Enforcement (IV); Penalties and execution (V); Final provisions (VI).
