Abstract

These Regulations implement the Endangered Species Protection Act 1992 by: (a) specifying information requirements for nominations of a native species, ecological community, or threatening process under section 25 of the Act; (b) prescribing the form of application for permits under paragraph 3[a] of section 88 and; (c) requiring a declaration to be made by a person who applies for a permit under section 88 regarding the good standing of the person making the application. (10 Regulations)
