This Order enters into force on 1 March 2006.
Abstract

With this Order, the Minister shall exempt, from section 4(1) of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 2006, the importation of any artificially propagated plant listed in the Schedule of the Act, subject to the prior presentation to the Director-General of the documents specified in section 2
