Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the Combustion Plants Emission Protection Act (BGBl. II No.153/2011).The Ordinance makes provisions to reduce emissions of certain pollutants into the air from large combustion plants. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to techniques and methods of measuring. The text - consisting of 21 articles – deals with the following aspects: sphere of applications, methods of measuring, measuring instruments and systems, exceptions, duty to conserve documentation, transitional provisions, repeal and entry into force.
