Abstract

This Emergency (Forest Act) (Amendment) Order is amended in the following sections: Section 2 of the Forest Act, in this Order referred to as the Act, is amended in subsection ( 1) by deleting the definition of "forest officer" and substituting the following therefor. Section 24 of the Act is amended, in subsection (1), by inserting "machinery equipment," immediately after "tools" in the third line.
