This Regulation enters into force on 1 September 2014.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 22 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, provides for the procedures for the approvals for corrosion protection systems. The Regulation is divided as follows: Preliminary (Part 1); Approval of corrosion protection systems (Part 2); Operational requirements (Part 3); and Miscellaneous (Part 4). Schedule deals with penalty notice offences and penalties.
