Abstract The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance in its consolidated version of 13 June 2003 (BGBl. I p. 867). In particular, article 1 is amended whereby it is established that the Federal Minister for Environment, Nature Protection and Nuclear Safety publishes in the Official Gazette the analytical methods which may be used for sampling and examinations of chemical substances. Moreover, the above-mentioned Ordinance amends the Hazardous Substances Ordinance in its consolidated version of 15 November 1999 (BGBl. I p. 2233, 2000 I, p. 739).
