Abstract

These Regulations establish the conditions under which eggs may be placed on the market. Regulation 3 specifies the eggs which shall not be included in the scope. Regulation 8 concerns the labelling of packs. Eggs imported from the European Community Member States or exported to such Member States shall meet the requirements established under Regulation (EC) No. 1907/90. Detailed rules are laid down in the Schedule attached.
