Coming into force on 1 January, 2000.
Abstract

These Regulations increase the licence duties payable from 1st January 2000 to the Fisheries Conservancy Board for Northern Ireland in respect of licences for the use of fishing engines for the taking of eels. The new duties and the size of the increases are set out in the Schedule.
