Abstract This Act, which is composed of ten articles and three Annexes, establishes requirements for environmental design and use of products that could be marketed or put into service to ensure the free movement of these products on the internal market of the European Union. The aim is to increase energy efficiency while ensuring at the same time a high level of environmental protection.
