Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Nature Protection Law of 13 December 2005. In particular, the Ordinance lays down measures relating to the establishment of an eco-account system in the State of Baden-Württemberg to simplify and particularly optimize the planning and realization of mitigation and compensatory measures within the environmental impact assessment (EIA) and other impact coverage systems.
