Section (1) gives definitions. Sections (2) to (6) regard appeals procedures concerning the Water Tribunal. Section (7) establishes that if the amounts shall be paid from the state’s treasury, the Water Governor shall be the Replying part. In other cases, the Drainage Authority shall be the Replying part. Section (8) and (9) provide with replying procedures. Section (10) establishes conditions for which, in absence of the two parts, the Water Tribunal can take decisions on the basis of the written documentation in front of it. Section (11) to (18) provides with Appeals hearings procedures. Sections (19) and (20) regard the unifying of various and similar appeals into one general claim, and the giving of a general decision.
