Where construction or installation of a domestic waste water treatment system is completed after the prescribed date the owner of the premises connected to the treatment system shall ensure that the treatment system is entered on the relevant water services authority’s register of such systems within 90 days of connection of the premises to the domestic waste water treatment system.
