Abstract This Act states the provisions for domestic fishing within the territorial waters of Niue. There are 4 Parts and 29 provision numbers; Preliminary (Part I); Protection of fish (2); Sunday fishing ban (3) and Safety at sea (4). Part 1 consists of the definitions and explanations of the major phrases used within the Act.
