Abstract

The present Notice is enacted under the Fisheries Act. In particular, section 2 of the Notice establishes that dogfish are hereby excepted from the operation of section 29 of the Fisheries Act. Section 29 of the Fisheries Act rules that nets, weirs, etc. shall in no way obstruct the passage of fish. The text consists of 2 sections.
