"Authorised articles" includes fish, meat, poultry, game, vegetables and bread. They concern, among other things hygienic conditions, storage of food and deposit of waste. Cooking of food shall be authorised only at specific spaces reserved for such purposes and approved by the Council. No person shall sell or expose for sale or kept in the market unsound or tainted or adulterated articles or food. An inspector may take such measures as may be necessary to maintain order in the market and to ensure that these Regulations are complied with.
