Abstract

These Regulations concern environmental health in the area of the District Council of Savanne. They impose obligations on occupiers of premises regarding sanitary conditions of premises and provide rules regarding (organic) waste disposal and collection. Every occupier or owner shall, among other things, keep empty premises or bareland clean and free from all under grown vegetation and waste and shall not dispose of any dung, discarded eggs, human excretes, industrial waste, animal refuse or garden refuse in receptacles. Compliance notices may be served on owners or occupiers of premises partly or wholly covered with overgrown vegetation or in unsanitary conditions.
