They impose obligations on occupiers of premises regarding sanitary conditions of premises and provide rules regarding (organic) waste disposal and collection. The Regulations, among other things, require owners or occupiers of waste land to keep such land clean and free from all undergrowth or noisome vegetation and waste and prohibit deposit of industrial, animal or hazardous waste in receptacles meant for the deposit of household waste.
