Abstract

These Regulations provide rules relative to deposit of refuse and more generally for control of pollution caused by commercial refuse, litter, vehicle wreck, excavation, furniture, animal carcass or any other material. Refuse includes agricultural waste. Every occupier or owner shall, among other things, keep empty premises or bareland clean and free from all under grown vegetation and waste and shall not dispose of any dung, discarded eggs, human excretes, industrial waste, animal refuse or garden refuse in receptacles. Compliance notices may be served on owners or occupiers of premises partly or wholly covered with overgrown vegetation or in unsanitary conditions.
