Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to sea permit applications. Section 2 establishes that an application for such a permit must be submitted in the form set out in Schedule 1 and must contain the information relevant to the application that is provided for in that Schedule. The text consists of 4 sections and 2 Schedules.
