Abstract

This Order amends the Diseases of Animals (Notification of Infectious Diseases) Order 1992 to include Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome as a disease to which movement conditions will be applied. The Order prescribes that a diseased animal or animal carcase shall not be moved out of the premises or other land unless it is accompanied by, and is moved in accordance with conditions specified in, a permit issued for its movement by a veterinary inspector.
