Abstract

This Order prohibits the importation into Jersey of the goods mentioned in column 2 of Schedule 1 to this Order originating in or brought from the countries mentioned in column 3 of that Schedule, except as provided in column 4 of the Schedule. The Order also makes the import restrictions of this Order subject to: (a) any direction which may at any time be given by or on behalf of the Minister; and (b) any licence or authorization which may be granted under this Order by or on behalf of the Minister. Goods to which this Order applies include live (wild) animals, fertilizer of animal origin, dead rabbits and hare and feeding stuffs containing protein originating from animals.
