The permit shall be issued by an inspector, authorized officer or officer of the Minister duly authorized by the Minister so to do. They may attach conditions to a permit, vary such conditions and revoke any permit. The identity card shall be issued pursuant to the Bovine Tuberculosis (Attestation of the State and General provisions) Order, 1989 or the Bovine Tuberculosis (Attestation of the State and General provisions) Order, 1996.
