It provides for the inspection of such vessels and approval of vessels that comply with the provisions of the Order. The Order also provides for the Minister to exempt the carriage of a limited number of animal transport vehicles with a small number of animals loaded on board roll-on roll-off vessels from certain provisions of the Order.
