Abstract

The Order adds a further exemption to the Order of 1967. Under that Order it is an offence to sell or expose for sale, or to export or expose for export any horned cattle. The exemption relates to any horned bovine animal whose owner is required to dispose of that animal as a result of a Court Order or as a result of agreement with the Court.
