The effect of this Order is to further regulate Artificial Insemination services. From 19 April 2001, a person shall not sell or supply or attempt to sell or supply: (a) bovine semen, or (b) any equipment or other thing used to transport bovine semen or administer bovine semen to an animal, save under and in accordance with a bovine semen licence.
