Abstract

This Order amends the Disease Control (Interim Measures) (Scotland) Order 2002. The Order: (a) reinstates a 13 day standstill period across Scotland; (b) reinstates substantially all the exceptions in the principal Order; (c) disapplies across Scotland the additional controls on gatherings imposed by previous Orders of 2007; and reinstates the transitional provisions made by a previous amending Order.
