Abstract

This Order amends the Disease Control (England) Order 2003 to prohibit the movement of: (a) any sheep, goats or cattle from any premises if sheep, goats, cattle or pigs have been moved on to those premises in the previous 20 days; (b) any pig from any premises if cattle, goats or sheep have been moved on to the premises in the previous 20 days. The Order also disapplies the exemptions from the standstill provisions for certain movements of animals between premises in a sole occupancy group that are 8 kilometres or more apart.
