This Standard is formulated for the purpose of implementing the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Water Pollution and the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law and controlling pollution from wastewater, waste residue and odour caused by livestock and poultry breeding.
