Abstract

With this Directive, the Director of Fisheries, in accordance with section 12 of Decree No. 1392 of 1999, effectively closes the season for fishing for coalfish (saithe; pollack) for vessels which measure 28 meters or more from Sunday 27 February, 2000. Infringement of this Directive shall be punished in accordance with section 53 of the Marine Fisheries Act of 1983. (3 sections)
