In particular, the Act lays down provisions relating to distribution of subsidies to farmers in difficulties. The text consists of 29 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General and common provisions (1); Rules for individual direct payments (2) covering issues of basic premium scheme, payment for land management practices conducive to climate and environmental protection, payment for young farmers and redistribution premium and small producer scheme; Final provisions (3).
