Abstract

Applications for changes of Temporary Provisions Schemes of Subsidiary Plans in terms of the Development Planning Act which involves the alignment of roads and buildings as provided in paragraph (a) of subarticle (4) of article 28 of the Act or zoning as provided for in subarticle (4) of article 28 of the Act shall be subject to provisions set out in these Regulations. Regulation 4 sets out requirements of documentation for all applications, whereas regulation 5 sets out requirements for application of alignment of roads and buildings. The Authority may make changes at its own initiative under regulation 6. Regulation 7 concerns changes involving zoning.
