Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on 17 October 2008.
Abstract

This Regulation, consisting of 6 sections and completed by one Schedule, establishes for the purposes of section 33 of the implemented Act the following: a) each offence created by a provision specified in Column 1 of Schedule 1 is prescribed as a penalty notice offence, and b) the penalty prescribed for each such offence is: in the case of an individual- the amount specified in Column 2 of Schedule 1 opposite the relevant provision, or in the case of a corporation- the amount specified in Column 3 of Schedule 1 opposite the relevant provision.
