Abstract

These Regulations carry into effect in Ireland provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No. 2270/2004 relating to powers of enforcement officers and offences in relation with the fixing of fishing opportunities for deep sea species, to conditions for landing catch and bycatch and to Orange Roughy Protection Areas.
