Abstract

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto promover la aplicación del Sistema de análisis de peligros y puntos de control crítico (HACCP) en las fábricas de alimentos, como sistema o método de aseguramiento de la inocuidad de los alimentos, y establecer el procedimiento de certificación al respecto.
