Le présent décret insère une sous-section 4 relative au programme national de réduction des pesticides dans la section 2 (Office national de l’eau et des milieux aquatiques) du chapitre III (structures administratives et financières) du titre Ier (eau et milieux aquatiques) du livre II (milieux physiques) du code de l’environnement (partie réglementaire).
