Abstract This Decree applies to Norwegian vessels which fish north and west of straight lines between coordinates indicated in section 1. Fishing for red fish is prohibited in this area of the Norwegian Economic Zone. However, red fish may be fished up to a maximum of 25 percent of single catches or landed catch of other fish species as bycatch. Infringement of the rules of this Decree shall be punished in accordance with section 53 of the Marine Fisheries Act of 1983.
