This Decree will come into force on 15 May, 1998.
Abstract

This principal Decree implements EC Council Regulation 2092/91 on organic production and agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs and other EC legislation which complements this Order. All organically produced products shall bear a code number referring to the local authority that controlled production. The relative authority and its code number are specified in the Schedule attached to this Decree.
