Abstract

On the basis of Act No. 388 of 23 december 2000, the present Decree sets up the submerged Park of Gaiola. The Park shall comprise the maritime waters adjacent to the promontory of Posillipo and the islands of Gaiola, which are delimited by a line joinig the latitude and longitude points referred to in article 2.
