Entry into force on 1 January 1984.

Abstract

Powers to carry into effect provisions of Government resolutions establishing nature conservation areas or of the Nature Conservation Acts of 1910, 1954 or 1970 shall be delegated to the Governor of each of the counties. Also powers of the Ministry of Environment to approve conservation plans shall be delegated to the Governors.
