Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment aims at the survival of a sufficient stock of bears, wolves, and other predatory animals and with this framework at limiting damage caused by these animals to livestock farming. In general, a permission to kill the animals here protected is released if the survival of a sufficient stock of these animals is not endangered (art. 2). Article 3 regulates killing of bears, etc. for purposes of protecting reindeer farming. (9 sections)
