It requires the Government to notify the provisions of basic EC legislation that shall complete provisions of the Act and grants regulation-making powers to the State Agricultural Agency and the National Food Authority to complete provisions of EC legislation Sweden. The Decree defines matters that shall be regulated and fall within the competence of either the State Agricultural Agency or the National Food Authority.
