Abstract

This Decree, made under Chapters 5 and 9 of the Environmental Code, provides rules for the identification, control and classification of surface bathing waters. It defines duties of municipalities concerning identification and registration of waters, analysis of quality of waters and subsequent classification. It further specifies criteria for the qualification of waters, provides rules for regular health control of waters and defines regulatory powers of the State Nature Conservation Agency.
