Article 8 lays down special provisions relating to installations for biomass, biogas and biofuels. The Decree provides the procedure to be followed to benefit from these subsidies. Individuals and entities responsible for installations concerned shall submit their application to the GSE (“Gestore servizi energetici”, the authority in charge of managing energy services).
