Abstract This Decree determines the method for setting the amount of the water refund, the method of calculation, the criteria for reducing the water refund for use of water for drinking water supply, the measurement and payment of the water refund, and the criteria for reduction and exemption from the payment of above mentioned water refunds (which also includes sectors such as aquaculture and fish farming, hydropower generation and other). Water compensation is paid for the use of water, debris and water lands owned by the state. Article 4 list all exemptions. Article 20 sets related offences and penalties.
