Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 12 articles, lays down that only substances which do not adversely affect the quality and safety of veterinary medicinal products and which ensure that the veterinary medicinal products have the effect indicated on its packaging or in its package leaflet may be used for the production of veterinary preparations. The substances used for the production of veterinary medicinal products must correspond to the quality corresponding to the application for approval of the veterinary medicinal product, which clearly demonstrates their quality, safety and performance.
