Abstract

This Decree determines the section of Lake Zbilj, where the use of motorized vessels for public transport of people for tourist purposes is permitted, as well as restrictions on navigation and vessels. Sailing with motor-powered vessels is permitted only for public transport of persons exclusively for tourist purposes and excludes sailing with motor-powered vessels for personal needs. The sailing conditions determined by this text and the requirements regarding the type and type of motor-powered vessels may be changed or restricted if, after the entry into force of this Decree, the achieved favorable state of conservation of fish species, fish spawning grounds and nesting waterfowl species is considered in danger by competent state authorities.
