Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture establishes storage methods for different types of fertilizers and barnyard manures and regulates the use of specific substances (those listed in Section 2). The Annex concerns keeping records on the use of fertilizers, barnyard manures and subsidiary substances. The Decree consists of the following two sections: (1) Storage of fertilizers and barnyard manures; (2) Use of fertilizers, barnyard manures, subsidiary soil substances, subsidiary plant preparations and substrates in agricultural and forest lands, and keeping of records on their use.
